Who this is about. This site, thetriadmind.com, is owned and operated by Tranquility Training LLC. This notice explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be waded through.

What we collect

When you make an account. Your name, your email address and the password you choose, which is stored scrambled and cannot be read by us or by anyone else.

When you buy something. Your billing name and address, your email address, and the record of what you bought and when. We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe, who take the card details directly and tell us only whether the payment worked.

While you use a program. Which lessons you have opened and finished, so the site can show you where you are, and the record of which programs your account has access to and until when.

When you contact us. Whatever you write in a form or a help request, and the email address you write from, so that we can answer you.

When you simply visit. The pages you look at, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you used. This is counted two ways: by a counter that runs on our own server, and by Google, through the Google tools connected to this site.

Cookies, in plain words

A cookie is a small note your browser keeps for a site. This one uses them for four things:

  • Keeping you signed in and remembering what is in your cart. Without these the site cannot work.
  • Remembering how you arrived, for example which link or campaign brought you, so that we can see what is worth doing again.
  • Crediting a referral, if someone recommended a program to you and we have agreed to pay them for it.
  • Counting visits, as described above.

You can delete cookies or block them in your browser settings at any time. If you block the first kind, signing in and buying will stop working, because those cookies are how the site knows it is still you.

Why we hold any of it

To give you what you bought and keep your access working. To answer you when you write to us. To keep the records a business is required to keep about its sales. To send you email you have asked for, and to see in a general way which parts of the site people find useful.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the site run, and only the part each one needs:

  • Stripe takes payments and holds the card details we never see.
  • Google receives site usage through the Google tools connected here.
  • Our email service delivers the messages we send you.
  • Our hosting company stores the site and its database.

We do not sell your details, and we do not hand them to anyone for their own marketing.

Email we send you

We email you about things you bought: receipts, access, changes to a program you are in. If you also asked for our general emails, every one of those carries an unsubscribe link, and using it stops them straight away without affecting your access to anything you paid for.

How long we keep it

Your account and its access records stay while your account exists. Order records stay for as long as we are required to keep records of sales. Help requests stay while they are useful for answering you. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete what we are not required to keep and tell you what is left and why.

What you can ask for

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Write to us through the help desk on this site and we will answer. Where the law of your country gives you further rights over your information, we honour them.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us through the help desk and we will remove them.

Changes to this notice

If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date below changes too. Anything that materially affects you will be said plainly here rather than buried.
